May is globally recognized as Skin Cancer Awareness Month, a crucial time to highlight the prevalence, risk factors, and vital importance of skin protection against UV radiation. This year's theme, "Skin Cancer Is Personal," underscores the individual impact of this common disease and the need for increased awareness and proactive measures. In support of this important initiative, the Journal of Dermatology & Cosmetology (JDC) invites researchers to spread more information, awareness, and educating people on ways to prevent skin cancer.
